About the Practitioner:

Joanne Robelen, CMT, CLT, NCTMB

I am a National Board Certified Massage Therapist and Bodyworker. Specially trained in both Lymphedema and Medical Massage. Since graduating massage school, I have obtained additional certifications in Medical Massage & Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder certified in MLD/CDT). 

I tailor each session to my client's individual needs. My intention is to provide you with longer lasting benefits of a therapeutic massage while leaving you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and with increased flexibility.

I specialize in pain reduction, decrease in swelling due to either surgery or Lymphedema and muscular rehabilitation.  I have been expanding my specialization by taking continuing education courses every year. 

When delivering something other than a Manual Lymphatic Drainage session, I like to incorporate several modalities to create a customized session that takes into consideration your needs. Helping people reduce pain, stress and inflammation is what motivates me. I offer deep/specific work catered to each client to help them heal, while still providing an enjoyable, relaxing massage.
